Full-Time or Part-Time Landscape/Hardscape Professional 📍 Cape Cod, MA

Three Pillars Home is seeking a skilled and reliable Landscape/Hardscape Professional to join our growing team. We’re looking for someone who takes pride in their work, has a strong work ethic, and brings expertise in landscaping, hardscaping, and masonry. Whether you're looking for full-time or part-time work, this is a great opportunity to be part of a respected, locally owned company serving residential clients across Cape Cod.

What You’ll Do:
Perform all aspects of landscaping, including lawn and garden maintenance, planting, and seasonal cleanups
Install and maintain hardscape features such as patios, walkways, retaining walls, and outdoor living spaces
Complete masonry tasks including stonework and paver installations with precision and care
Operate equipment and tools safely and efficiently
Collaborate with the team to ensure projects are completed on time and to high-quality standards
Communicate professionally with clients and team members

What We’re Looking For:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in landscaping, hardscaping, and masonry
Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and ability to be insured for driving
Strong knowledge of tools, equipment, and materials used in the trade
Dependable, motivated, and able to work both independently and as part of a team
Attention to detail and a commitment to quality craftsmanship
Bonus if licensed (e.g., hoisting license, pesticide license, etc.)
